해설

i는 numbers에 있는 각 수의 양수와 음수 값을 튜플로 저장한 리스트다.

product를 이용해 i에 들어있는 데이터들의 곱집합을 구해준다.

곱집합들의 합을 구해 target과 같은 수의 개수를 리턴한다.
